Progesterone 200 mg in oil IM asap outer upper buttock ($10-$25 per shot)
Use 25 gauge 1-1/2 inch needle, warm to body temp, give slowly by clock
US to confirm fetal viability
If < 6.5 weeks after LMP serial HCG levels
Repeat IM Progesterone Q daily X 2 more days then Q 2days until 14 days
Then Progesterone 2X a week until the end of the first trimester
Check Progesterone levels (cost?) after 2 weeks at trough points
